FAQ
Direct answers on pricing, time zones, code ownership, start dates, existing teams, AI, after launch, NDAs and the call.
- What do you charge? Pricing is a written fixed quote after discovery, based on a written scope the client signs off before anything is built; packages and from-prices are being finalized.
- Which time zones do you work with? TechFocusBiz works at UTC+8 from the Philippines with async updates, and its business hours overlap most of the Australian workday, New Zealand afternoons, and US and Canadian evenings.
- Who owns the code? The client owns the code: repositories live in the client's GitHub organization, and the hand-off includes docs and runbooks, so nobody is locked in.
- How soon can you start? Work starts after the discovery call and a signed scope, so the start is set once the written scope is signed, not before.
- Can you work with my existing team or agency? TechFocusBiz works with existing teams and agencies as one accountable person inside the systems the client already runs, with no agency hand-off chain.
- Is AI doing the work? Delivery is AI-powered and human-led: AI agents build, a person reviews screenshots and tests at every step, and nothing goes live without the client's sign-off.
- What happens after launch? After launch the client gets a hand-off with docs and runbooks, then an optional retainer for monitoring, updates, VA and AI operations.
- Do you sign NDAs, and what does the 30-minute call cover? NDAs are signed on request, and the 30-minute call covers the client's goals and current systems, followed by a written plan.
