question: Can you work with my existing team or agency?
answer: "Yes, TechFocusBiz works with existing teams and agencies as one accountable person inside the systems you already run. There is no agency hand-off chain: the same person scopes, builds and ships, and the code stays in your GitHub organization. Discovery starts by reading your existing systems, and a written scope is signed before anything is built. You will see the work in GitHub, Vercel, Cloudflare, Loom, email and your team chat."
