One pipeline generated and deployed 1,257 one-page booth sites for a trade fair, each with its own AI chat attendant, starting from nothing more than cleaned exhibitor lists.

# Problem

Exhibitors had no web presence and no time to build one. The job was to give each exhibitor a one-page booth site, 1,257 in all, starting from cleaned exhibitor lists, and to let each exhibitor take that page over afterward.

# What was built

The exhibitor lists were cleaned first, because a booth is only as good as its source record. A generator built with Astro, Anthropic Claude, n8n and Cloudflare then produced and deployed a one-page booth site per exhibitor. Each booth carries an AI chat attendant that answers visitors' questions. A free-claim flow lets each exhibitor claim their booth at no cost, with an upsell to a full site.

AI did the generating, people did the checking. Generated booths were reviewed with screenshots and tests, and nothing was published without a human sign-off.

1,257 booth sites are live, with one AI attendant per site, through one pipeline from list to live site.
